To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@clarenceshop.site with your order number and a description of the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and your order number in your message. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
