Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for investigation.

Clarence Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to support@clarenceshop.site. We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund as necessary.
